Please, make sure that the address you've entered is correct. As a seller, I'm not responsible of a wrongly addressed package by the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are gladly prepare personalized orders. If you need some other size than on the website - do not hesitate contacting us.

Also, custom orders cannot be returned.

PROCESSING TIME

We need 1-2 days to process the order.

CUSTOMS FEE

Customs fees vary from 3-8% of the order value. I am not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If the order is shipped outside of the country and it is not within one customs union, you are required to pay all customs duties and import taxes that your local customs department deems necessary.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

 

What happening if it delivered damaged:


If it will be damaged during the delivery we will send you new after a proof photo of damaged canvas.

What happens if my package is lost?

We will send you new canvas.

 

Does my canvas come framed?

Yes, it come on the wooden frame. Stretched on a 1,5" (3 cm) stretcher bars wooden frame. The image continues around the sides, mirror wrapped and  Ready to Hang

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, I am unable to accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at shop.cetart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
