This Shipping Policy explains the order processing times, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, and delivery conditions for purchases made through CetArt.
Order processing
CetArt canvas prints and poster prints are prepared after an order is placed. Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown for the selected delivery method.
Free standard shipping
CetArt offers free standard shipping to destinations available during checkout.
- Poster prints: free standard shipping with an estimated shipping time of 7–15 business days.
- Canvas prints: free standard shipping with an estimated shipping time of 7–15 business days.
Free domestic shipping is also available within Ukraine. The available delivery method and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout.
Express and priority shipping
Customers can select a paid express or priority shipping option when it is available for the selected product and delivery destination.
United States
- Poster prints — UPS Express delivery: 1–5 business days — $19.99.
- Canvas prints — Priority shipping: 3–9 business days — $29.99.
Germany
- Poster prints — UPS Express delivery: 1–5 business days — $19.99.
- Canvas prints — Priority shipping: 3–9 business days — $29.99.
Other available countries
- Poster prints — UPS Express delivery: 1–5 business days — $9.99.
- Canvas prints — Priority shipping: 3–9 business days — $29.99.
The exact shipping methods, prices, currency, and estimated delivery dates available for an order are displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping options can depend on the delivery destination, product type, package weight, and contents of the shopping cart.
Estimated delivery dates
Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
The delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping destinations
We ship to countries and regions available through the country selector and during checkout. An order can only be completed when a shipping method is available for the selected delivery address.
Product packaging
Canvas prints are shipped stretched over a wooden frame and packed using protective materials intended to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Poster prints are shipped unframed and carefully rolled in protective packaging.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Please verify the recipient’s name, street address, house or apartment number, city, postal code, country, and contact information before completing the order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at shop.cetart@gmail.com.
We will try to update the address when possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered production or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Undeliverable and returned packages
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue related to the recipient, please contact us to discuss the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. CetArt does not control charges or processing times imposed by customs authorities.
Damaged orders
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
We will review the information and contact you regarding the available resolution.
Missing orders
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, secure delivery locations, and the local carrier.
You can then contact us with your order number so that we can review the available tracking information.
