Our canvas prints are made to order. Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.

Free standard shipping

CetArt offers free standard shipping to destinations available during checkout.

  • Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Shipping cost: Free.

Priority canvas shipping

Paid priority shipping may be available for the selected delivery destination.

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–9 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Shipping cost: The exact price and currency are displayed during checkout before payment.

Available shipping methods depend on the delivery destination, package weight, and contents of the shopping cart.

Estimated delivery dates

Canvas packaging

Canvas prints are shipped stretched over a wooden frame and packed using protective materials intended to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Shipping address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Verify the recipient’s name, street address, house or apartment number, city, postal code, country, and contact information before completing the order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at shop.cetart@gmail.com.

We will try to update the address when possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after production has started or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. CetArt does not control charges or processing times imposed by customs authorities.

Returns and refunds

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the canvas print must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received.
  • Unused, undamaged, and not altered.
  • Not hung, mounted, cut, repainted, or otherwise modified.
  • Returned with its original protective packaging whenever reasonably possible.
  • Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Contact us at shop.cetart@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send a product back without first receiving return authorization and instructions from CetArt. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or another reason not caused by CetArt, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

If the return is caused by a damaged product, an incorrect product, or another confirmed CetArt error, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the canvas print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • A photograph of the entire canvas print.
  • Close-up photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

Please retain the canvas print and all original packaging until we confirm whether a return is required.

We will review the information and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

Personalized and custom products

Personalized or custom-designed products created specifically for an individual customer cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind.

This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not normally process direct product exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product or size is to request a return for the original item and, after the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement product.

Order cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at shop.cetart@gmail.com.

Because canvas prints are prepared after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started or after the order has been shipped.

CetArt does not charge an automatic 25% restocking fee for every cancellation. Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before the request is completed.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Charges paid for optional priority shipping are generally non-refundable when an order is returned because of a change of mind or an incorrect product selection.

If Western Bid appears as the payee on your payment statement, the refund may also appear under the name Western Bid.

Products

What products does CetArt sell?

CetArt offers decorative wall art, including canvas prints and unframed poster prints. Available designs, sizes, formats, and product specifications are displayed on each product page.

What is the difference between a canvas print and a poster print?

Canvas prints are printed on canvas, stretched over a wooden frame, and supplied ready to hang unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Poster prints are printed as unframed artwork. They are carefully rolled and shipped in protective packaging. A frame is not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Are CetArt products made to order?

Most CetArt canvas prints and poster prints are prepared after an order is placed.

Made-to-order production does not automatically mean that a product is personalized. A product is considered personalized or custom-made only when it is specifically created or modified according to an individual customer request.

Do canvas prints arrive ready to hang?

Canvas prints are normally delivered stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang. Please review the individual product page for the exact format and specifications before placing an order.

Do poster prints include a frame?

No. Poster prints are sold and shipped unframed unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Are the colors exactly the same as they appear on my screen?

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, printing materials, the selected size, and the production process.

Minor color or proportion variations that do not materially change the artwork are not necessarily considered defects.

Sizing and product selection

How do I select the correct size?

Please review the size options and product information displayed on the product page before placing an order.

We recommend measuring the available wall space and comparing it with the selected artwork dimensions. Consider nearby furniture, the viewing distance, and the amount of open space you want around the artwork.

How are multi-panel canvas sizes measured?

For multi-panel canvas sets, the displayed size normally refers to the complete artwork when all panels are arranged as shown.

The space between individual panels is not included in the listed dimensions unless the product page states otherwise.

Can I order a custom size or personalized design?

Some custom requests may be possible. Contact us before placing an order at shop.cetart@gmail.com and describe the requested size, format, image, or modification.

Custom or personalized production must be confirmed by CetArt before purchase. Personalized and individually modified products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

How do I know that my order was received?

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct the selected product, size, quantity, email address, or shipping address.

We will try to make the requested change when possible, but we cannot guarantee changes after production has started or the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at shop.cetart@gmail.com.

Because our products are prepared after an order is placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production has started or the order has been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. CetArt offers free standard shipping to destinations available during checkout.

  • Poster prints: free standard shipping with an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days.
  • Canvas prints: free standard shipping with an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days.

Free domestic standard shipping is also available within Ukraine.

Are express shipping options available?

Paid express or priority shipping may be available depending on the product type and delivery destination.

  • Poster prints to the United States and Germany: UPS Express delivery, estimated at 1–5 business days — $19.99.
  • Poster prints to other available countries: UPS Express delivery, estimated at 1–5 business days — $9.99.
  • Canvas prints: Priority shipping, estimated at 3–9 business days — $29.99.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the countries and regions available through the country selector and during checkout.

An order can only be completed when a shipping method is available for the selected delivery address.

When does the estimated shipping time begin?

The estimated shipping time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days and is separate from the estimated transit time.

Discounts and promotions

How do I use a discount code?
